what works.
I’ve always been curious about what the best people in real estate are doing, why it works, and how I can apply it to my own business. This has been a driver for me to meet more people and learn something from everyone.

Sharing what we learn.
When we find something that works, I want to share it with as many people as possible. I believe we can all win, and sharing what we know helps us get there. One thing I’ve become passionate about is helping agents crack their own code to what’s going to work for them. I love to break down complex ideas and make them simple and actionable.

Real estate and business can feel like a solo sport. Everything gets harder when you feel alone—and easier when you have people to learn from, build with, and figure it out together. That’s why we focus so much on events and community. All the ideas and tactics in the world don’t seem to work well without a community to help.
